Professional Market Analysis - In this or any market, nothing is more important than accurate pricing. We take the valuation of your home very seriously Our success as agents is due in part to Sue’s experience as a State of Wisconsin Licensed Appraiser and the knowledge she has passed on to the team.

Unmatched Preparation - Your entire listing, including a custom information sheet, yard sign, multiple professional grade photos and mobile marketing tools will be in place and available to possible buyers at the time your listing is entered MLS. Your listing will be impressive “right out of the box.”

High Quality HDR Photography + Aerial Shots - Your house will look it’s best online where the vast majority of people will see it first.

Open Houses - We believe in open houses. We will do an open house as close to the listing date of your home as possible and continue to hold them as long as we feel they are productive. We can discuss your comfort level with open houses and the exact timing of them as we fine tune your marketing plan.

Exposure - A majority of buyers look for homes on the internet before they walk through homes. Your listing will be on many websites including enhanced (up to 25 pictures), Zillow and Trulia, and all other real estate company sites. Print advertising is also utilized if appropriate.

Mobile Marketing - Your yard sign will include a rider with texting information for full listing information, including photos.

In Home Marketing Materials - Prospective buyers and their agents will be supplied with information sheets, tax bill, Real Estate Condition Report, Lead Paint Disclosure and Aerial Photos & Plat Map information at your home. If appropriate, feature cards will be placed around the home to highlight key features of your home.

Showing Reports - After each showing of your property, we will do our best to get feedback from the showing agent. This feedback will be provided through our online scheduling program or through a phone call from us. This feedback is essential to a successful sale of your home.

We May Know Your Buyer!: Being full service Realtors and utilizing all that modern technology has to offer attracts many inquiries from potential buyers. Often they have very specific criteria for the property they wish to purchase. We have an ongoing relationships with many buyers and provide information to guide them in their search. It is not unusual for us to know 2 or 3 people who may be interested in your home before we even start to advertise!
